Welcome to D.D. Kirkland Elementary
Kirkland Early Childhood Center School is unique in Putnam City – a school dedicated solely to the education of young children. As an early childhood education center, we serve children in pre-kindergarten through second grade.
At Kirkland, we believe in the enduring value of a solid academic foundation. Our experienced, highly trained and loving classroom teachers, each certified in early childhood education, work hard to meet the individual needs of their students. We learn about our students, identify their interests and strengths, and use that information to help develop well-rounded children. We provide impactful, relevant academic instruction within nurturing child-centered classrooms. We encourage our families to be involved in the school because it helps students to be successful learners.
